Obesity

Medohar Guggulu is highly effective in the management of obesity. It can reduce the abnormal position of fats in different parts of the body such as the belly region and hips. It stimulates the fat burning processes and increases their utilization by the body. It mobilizes the fats stored in the fat depots and allows the body to utilize them as a source of energy.

It also reduces appetite. As a result, the body is deprived of its readily available source of energy. The appetite suppressant action of Medohar Guggulu coupled with its effect on the fat metabolism results in the faster shedding of the excess weight.

However, it should be noted that patients may experience an unusual increase in their appetite when they start using Medohar Guggulu. But, this symptom lasts only for a few days. Patients are advised to continue using Medohar Guggul as recommended and increase their intake of fruits, vegetables, and salads.  The increased appetite resolves over a few days and is followed by a reduced appetite. As this effect of Medohar Guggulu begins, the patients start losing weight.

Medohar Guggulu does not cause lethargic feeling or laziness. These are the common symptoms that most patients experience when they are on a low- calorie diet. These symptoms pose a major obstacle in their efforts to lose weight as the feeling of tiredness forces them to increase their intake of food. This can prevent them from losing weight.
