How to use Shrikhandasava
Patients should use Shrikhandasava in a dose of 12 ml once a day. The dose can be increased to 24 ml, once or twice a day, if no noticeable improvement in the symptoms is observed. The medicine can be mixed with an equal quantity of water to minimize the gastric irritation or if the taste is unpleasant. They should avoid the intake of fatty foods to ensure a higher effectiveness of Shrikhandasava. If they are using any other medication, they should take it half an hour before or after taking the dose of Shrikhandasava.
